Created in Lyon in 2016, Origami Architecture is an agency specialized in cultural visits and trips.
Our team of experts includes architects, historians, urban planners, landscapers, curators, and designers who actively work in their respective fields.
The Origami Architecture team
A research specialist in cultural heritage and tourism and a graduate of Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris 1), Charles is part of both the Origami Architecture and Médiéval AFDP teams.
Founder and director of Origami Architecture and Médiéval AFDP, Guillemette is an expert in the business and financial development of cultural heritage and is a professor at Lumière University Lyon 2 and Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris 1).
Research specialist in cultural heritage and tourism and graduate of the Institute for Research and Higher Education in Tourism (Panthéon-Sorbonne University-Paris 1)/ Institut de Recherches et d’études Supérieures du tourisme, Shu is the project development manager for Asia.
Cultural heritage research specialist, Fabienne holds degrees in archeology, art history, and rural cultural heritage and cultural development from Lumière University Lyon 2.
Kathel is a senior consultant and holds a master’s degree in museum studies and knowledge dissemination from the Muséum national d'histoire naturelle(France’s National Museum of Natural History). Her areas of expertise are museography and exhibit design.
Estelle is a senior consultant and holds a master’s degree in tourism and cultural heritage planning/development from Lumière University Lyon 2. She manages/directs marketing and tourism studies/reports for Médiéval AFDP.
Anaïs is a tourism and cultural heritage research specialist and holds degrees in history and tourism planning from Lumière University Lyon 2. She is a tour manager and project development manager for Origami Architecture.
Ana Bela de Araujo, lecturer
Historian and architect, Ana Bela was a member of the commission for Le Havres’s? as a certified expert in twentieth century architecture and cultural heritage. She is also a professor at Marseille’s Ecole Nationale supérieure d'Architecture and a researcher in the university’s Laboratoire INAMA.
Jean-Lucien Bonillo, lecturer
Professor at Marseille’s Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture, architect, and historian, he co-wrote L’architecture contemporaine sur la Côte d’Azur (Contemporary architecture of the Côte d’Azur) ed. Presses du réel (2011).
Madeleine holds degree in art history (école du Louvre Paris IV). As an experimented guide with years of experience in KUONI agencies, she organises tours for Origami.
